Crystal Serenity, 29 Night Africa & Indian Ocean ex Hong Kong to Mumbai (Bombay), India

We visit Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia and Sri Lanka on this combination cruise from Hong Kong to Mumbai. As the neon lights of Hong Kong fade from view, we head for our first stop, Vietnam, to take in the natural wonder of Ha Long Bay, where emerald waters lap hundreds of limestone islets. Sailing on, we visit Ho Chi Minh City on the Saigon River and then head for the bright lights of the Thai capital, Bangkok. Next, we hop over to the island of Koh Samui before sailing on to Singapore. From there we call in at Port Klang, gateway to Malaysia’s capital of Kuala Lumpur, and then proceed to Penang before returning to Thailand and the blissful beaches in Phuket. Our first sight of India is Port Blair, a remote island in the Andaman Sea that is well off the tourist trail. After two days at sea, our next stop is Hambantota, with its lovely botanical gardens, before we sail to Colombo, Sri Lanka's bustling capital. We then return to India stopping at Cochin then Mormugao in Goa before reaching our final destination, Mumbai.
